ASKI GROUP

ASKI the organization was born in October 1986 in the year of the EDSA People Power Revolution when social issues like poverty and unemployment were widely felt. A group of business leaders in Nueva Ecija, out of Christian zeal and compassion, joined hands to think of a positive response to the issues and help deliver an economic turnaround - micro-enterprise. ASKI was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on March 23, 1987 as a non-stock, non-profit organization committed to the promotion and development of micro and small-to-medium enterprises and the delivery of social services. It formally launched operations on July 1, 1987. From its starting fund of Php 460T, ASKI's investment has grown to a total portfolio of Php76M in 2004. From a small playing field in Cabanatuan City, ASKI has branched out into other provinces in Central Luzon and adjacent Regions I and II. From a handful of savings and loan services, ASKI's lines have diversified into a capital build-up and other cooperating arrangements. They chose to start small and right at home in Cabanatuan City. With a small capital of investment of Php 460,000 provided by the Maranatha Trust of Australia, the group reached out to small entrepreneurs, to the street players, to the movers of the micro economy that had no access to bigger funding institutions. Challenged by their mission and the efforts of other development NGOs, the founders and managers dug deep and wide on their routes of service. Slowly, the organization grew into what it is today, a byword in eco-social development in Central Luzon and nearby regions - Alalay sa Kaunlaran - a partner in development. ASKI attributes its success to a values-oriented philosophy on entrepreneurial lending, believing that no Return on Equity can be realized without an informed, responsible and conscientious clientele. For ASKI's loan portfolio in complemented by support services like values training, social preparation, community organizing, institution building and financial management. ASKI today goes on, inspired by the confidence that the strength of any country lies in a strong middle class that can only come about by putting into the hands of the micro entrepreneur what he needs to become a macro.

Data Privacy Statement and Consent Given to ASKI to Use Job Application Data

ASKI values your privacy. Thus, the objective of this Privacy Statement is to inform you on how ASKI will use the information you submit when applying for a job in ASKI.

All Job Application Data and documents whether e-copy or printed copies related to complete the process of your application is collected by ASKI with Head Office located at 105 Maharlika Highway, Cabanatuan City.

What types of information do we process?

This Privacy Statement covers any Job Application Data you submit to ASKI, such as:

• Name, address, email address, telephone number, or other contact information;
• Information contained in your CV or resume, such as previous work experience, education, or other information you provide for our consideration;
• Type of employment sought, desired salary, willingness to relocate, or other job preferences, and
• Medical results including drug test result, Chest Xray, Blood Test and Medical Certificate; Pre-Employment requirements including TOR Diploma, Barangay/Police/NBI Clearance, PSA Birth Certificates, Valid Identification Cards and Government Mandated Forms.
• Names and contact information of your references.

Please take note that it is your responsibility to obtain consent from your references before providing their personal information to us.

For the avoidance of doubt, ASKI does not wish to receive any confidential or proprietary (or patented) information which you have received from your previous employers.

Who may access your data?

Only selected employees of ASKI - such as your potential future manager(s), employees of the Human Resources Department, Isynergies, Inc (for maintenance purposes only) - and selected employees of our external partners who support ASKI with the administration of recruitment applications, have access to your Job Application Data.

ASKI is a non-stock, non-profit organization committed to the promotion and development of micro and small-to-medium enterprises and the delivery of social services. ASKI has different business units, HRIS systems, management structures and processes that cross borders. Job Application Data may be shared with other ASKI business units in other jurisdictions, for employment consideration purposes.

ASKI will not supply any data to any third party other than those identified above without your express authorization.

Applicable Laws

ASKI recognizes that certain laws may require stricter standards than those described in the present Privacy Statement. ASKI entities will handle Job Application Data in accordance with local law applicable at the place where the Job Application Data are processed. Where applicable local law provides less protection than that established by this Privacy Statement, ASKI will handle your Job Application Data in accordance with the present Privacy Statement.

Your Choice

Providing your Job Application Data is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide all of the data that is requested for your application, our ability to consider you as a candidate may be limited

For what purposes will Job Application Data be used?

The Job Application Data you provide will be used to assess your application for employment at ASKI including all its business units, to verify your information and conduct reference checks, and to communicate with you and inform you of further career opportunities.

Once hired, the data you provide in your job application may be used also in encoding your information to ASKI Human Resource Information System (ASKI HRIS).

If you accept employment with ASKI, the information collected will become part of your employment record and will be used for employment purposes.

Your Rights

You can access your Job Application Data, correct it or delete it at any time by logging into ASKI Recruitment Portal (hrd.aski.com.ph)

Your Consent

By submitting your Job Application Data you are giving your consent to ASKI to process that information (including the transfer of your Job Application Data to ASKI different business units) in accordance with this Privacy Statement
